Just call or email us and we will gladly make any changes that we are permitted to make for you, such as a misspelling of a name, wrong age, wrong geographical area etc
If your dates have been changed by your travel firm, on receipt of evidence, we are able to change the travel dates for you.
You can cancel at any time by notifying us in writing. However, we can only refund your premium if you cancel withing 14 days of the date of issue. Cancellation after that is not subject to a refund.
If you have lost your email Schedule, which has links to the various documents, please email us and we can arrange to resend the documents to you. There is a fee for this.
The email Schedule that we sent to you includes links to all of the documents. As they are all pdf files, you will need Adobe Acrobat to open them from your Schedule. A link to a free download is included in the Schedule. The pdf documents are also available on the website, but your own Schedule isnt.
When obtaining your quotation, you can select from a list of activity packs to upgrade your policy and purchase accordingly. The Activity list is available on the site with the other documents for you to view at any point.
